SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition in liquid or semisolid formulation, self-emulsified or self-microemulsified in aqueous medium that is designated for oral administration of derivative of pyrazole-3-carboxamide wherein this derivative of pyrazole-3-carboxamide is dissolved in a mixture. In this mixture the weight content of one or some lipid solvent of derivative of pyrazole-3-carboxamide is 35-75%, and the weight content of nonionic hydrophilic surfactant with index of hydrophilic-lipophilic balance 10-18 is 5-50%. Proposed composition provides improving dissolving a derivative of pyrazole-3-carboxamide and to enhance its bioavailability in human body in its administration before eating.
