FIELD: preparation of uranium protoxide-oxide. SUBSTANCE: method comprises extracting uranium from uranium-containing solution with extracting agent, reextracting and forming ammonium uranyl tricarbonate crystals. Ammonium uranyl tricarbonate crystals are separated by centifugation and calcined to uranium protoxide-oxide U3O8. Fugate is separated into two streams and directed into reextractor. First stream consisting of 50-70 of total fugate stream is fed into separation zone of reextractor in parallel to bottom in the direction of moving suspension. Second stream is directed into mixing zone of reextractor. EFFECT: more efficient reprocessing method. 2 cl, 1 dwg
