Phospholipid can be presented by phosphatidyl-choline or sphingolipid. Composition can involve additionally up to 70% by mass of neutral lipid and therapeutically effective amount of cholanic acid or its salts. Neutral lipid can be presented by triglyceride or cholesterol ester. Cholanic acid or its salt is presented by bile acid or bile acid salt. Bile acid salt is taken among sodium cholate, sodium deoxycholate and sodium chenodeoxycholate. Method of treatment or prophylaxis of humans or animals with endotoxemia or neutralization of end toxins involves administration of the above indicated pharmaceutical composition that provides the level of phospholipid about up to 400 mg/kg of body mass of indicated human or animal.
