FIELD: medicine, pharmacology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder-like compositions comprising stabilized unilamellar liposomes. The composition contains at least one external lipid phase and internal aqueous polar core gelatinized at room temperature. Invention relates to method for preparing these compositions and their using as food supplements and in pharmaceutical compositions designated for oral route of administration (effect on lipemia). Named compositions consist of mainly unilamellar liposomes comprising external lipid phase consisting of mainly lipids of class 4 (phospholipids) and internal aqueous core consisting of mainly mixture M of at least two different non-polymerizing gel-forming agents G1 and G2 characterizing by phase transition point in system gel-sol above or equal to 37 C under condition that G1 represents gel-forming agent taken among gelatin and carragheenan and G2 is taken among carragheenan. Liposomes have diameter from 20 nm to 1 μm being mainly from 50 to 500 nm and they are represented as particles with mean diameter from 10 to 1 000 μm formed by one or some indicated above liposomes. Liposomes are covered by envelope taken among group including dehydrated thermoreversible aqueous gel that is identical with aqueous gel of internal core, dextrins or mixture of dextrins.
