FIELD: amelioration; water handling facilities. SUBSTANCE: tube has holes made in wall in the form of through voids, sealing layer whose porosity is smaller than that of wall material; mentioned layer is placed in wall and/or on one or both its surfaces and forms arch in cross section whose length α is from 0 to 350 deg; polymeric material is made of fiber filler and hardened thermosetting binder. In addition, tube bears label on its both ends that halves the tube; material used as filler is made of glass fibers, basalt fibers, aramid fibers, carbon fibers, and their combinations; binder used as thermosetting material is based on mono-, and/or bi-, and/or tri-carbonic acid, and/or their derivatives, formaldehyde and/or its derivatives, furfurol or furfurol alcohol and/or their derivations; tube is manufactured using method of winding fiber filler impregnated with binder followed by its hardening at temperature of 20 to 200 C; liquid phenol-formaldehyde resins may be used as binder and glass thread-broached fabric as filler; tube is provided with reinforcing ribs formed by winding filler in the form of fabric, ribbons, threads, braid or their combinations of glass and/or basalt filler; sealing layer is made of materials in the form of thermoplastics, and/or caoutchoucs, and/or rubbers, and/or thermosetting plastics; tube has bell mouth for its joining to other tubes.
