FIELD: mining industry, civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention can be employed to liquidate harmful effects of dusting surfaces of man-made structures. Facility to fix dusting surfaces includes frame, vessel with pipe-lines and nozzles, ripping aid in the form of rows of concave discs mounted on axles for change of angle of axes with regard to movement of facility. Water and reagent are fed from vessel over pipe-lines through nozzles. Surface layer is ripped in this case and mixed with water and reagent, ground later is compacted by rolling.
