FIELD: diamond testing. SUBSTANCE: layer of synthetic diamond deposited on natural diamond is irradiated by ultraviolet high-energy radiation to initiate luminescence emission to test presence of synthetic diamond. Intensity of luminescence created by various zones of diamond is measured and compared. According to one version integrating shell is used and diamond is placed on rotated holder. EFFECT: simplification and acceleration of process of test of diamond. 20 cl, 3 dwg
