FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves providing dielectric heating of raw plant material at emission frequency of 80-22,250 MHz for time interval less than 4 min, with following holding without heating until juice release is stopped, with procedure being performed in vessel manufactured from radiation transmitting material and provided with netted bottom and tray, with bottom opening sizes of 0.5-3 mm; before heating, laying raw material into vessel with layer thickness not exceeding by two times depth of penetration of electromagnetic wave into said layer; providing cyclic heating with following holding without heating until residual weight of layer of berries and/or fruit, and/or vegetables, and/or mixture thereof. According to first version, residual weight is 15-25 wt.% of basic weight of said layer. Produced juice is poured from tray and packaged. Thermally treated raw plant material remained on base is subjected to drying on netted bottom until moisture content of 7-14 wt.% and packaged. According to second version, residual weight is 25-95 wt.% of basic weight of said layer. Method further involves pouring produced juice from tray and packaging; rubbing remained thermally treated product through netted bottom into tray and packaging; drying mass remained after rubbing procedure on netted bottom until moisture content of 8% and packaging. Method allows wasteless reprocessing of raw plant materials to be simplified and intensified and vitaminized product containing biologically active substances to be produced.
