FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making access through VI left between the clavicular median line sternal edge and xiphoid process with VII rib being separated from the breast bone, between the diaphragm and diaphragmal pericardial portion, between the mediastinal pleura leaflets. Anterior cardia wall is fixed with seromuscular sutures to the inferior edge of the diaphragmal esophageal aperture ring. Transition zone of the esophagus and hernial sack edge are sutured to the upper part of the esophageal aperture ring burying the transition zone of the esophagus. EFFECT: reduced risk for traumatic injuries to occur. 6 dwg
