FIELD: environment protection devices. SUBSTANCE: method and device cleaning of ambient atmosphere from exhaust gases and dust by means of cyclones and electric precipitators employing turbo-generator-electric motor attachments in system of pipelines operated initially by electric energy supplied by power system and then by flow of exhaust gases and electric energy supplied by turbogenerators of turbo-generator-electric motor attachments. Excess energy is delivery into electric power system of surrounding plants, and excess gases are delivered into container for subsequent re-use in production cycle or into atmosphere at no clouds in the sky.
