FIELD: metallurgy
SUBSTANCE: furnace contains a cylindrical body, a burner, a loading window, a tap hole for draining the metal melt. The furnace is equipped with a burner shield with a mechanism for its rotation, a drive mechanism with rotation of the furnace relative to the horizontal axis in both directions at an angle of 110° and a heat-insulating layer consisting of three sheets of heat-insulating mullite-silica cardboard and a layer of fireclay lightweight, on which a lining layer of corundum rammed mass with a crust of scull is stuffed. The burner device is made in the form of a gas thirteen-mixing injection burner, in the center of which there are five mixers with nozzles, six peripheral straight mixers without nozzles, two peripheral mixers bent at the end without nozzles. The furnace works on natural and artificial draft with a dust and gas cleaning system, including a mixing chamber, a smoke exhauster, a gas cleaning unit, a cyclone unit, a double bag frame filter and a low pressure centrifugal fan.
EFFECT: invention provides reduction of emissions of harmful gases into the atmosphere, reduction of heat loss to the environment, as well as an increase in the service life of the furnace.
