FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing friction polymer materials with high heat resistance and can be used in making brake shoes subjected to high intensive loads, in railway and motor transport, hoisting cranes, clutch couplings, as well as damping and vibration-absorbing materials used at high temperatures, and other purposes. Method includes pretreating on plasticized equipment of butadiene or nitrile butadiene rubbers together with a solid epoxy cyanurate resin by 4,4'-difenilmetandiisocyanate, blocked methylpyrazole. Further, vulcanizing additives are filled with powdered filler, fibrous filler impregnated with water-soluble epoxy resin.
EFFECT: invention improves strength characteristics and wear resistance of frictional polymer materials and at high temperatures with simultaneous exclusion of formation of fibrous dust and improved working conditions during mixing of components, as well as neutralization of sulfur formed during operation, enables to considerably increase strength properties of obtained friction materials at +20 °C and provides growth of said parameters at +60 °C and +120 °C in 2–2,5 times.
