FIELD: cooking equipment. SUBSTANCE: microwave oven comprises the main body, accommodating a chamber for food cooking, compartment for electrical components separated from the chamber by means of a separating partition, fan for sucking of outer air in the compartment for electrical components, a great number of inlets made in the upper part of the separating partition, through which outer air sucked in by the fan is fed to the chamber, and a great number of outlets made in the chamber wall, through which outer air sucked in the chamber is discharged, a great number of ventilation openings made in the lower part of the separating partition for removal of moisture outside the chamber, blocking plate surrounding the first ventilation openings and made around these openings in the compartment for electrical components to prevent contact of moisture discharged from the chamber with the electrical components located in the compartment for electrical components.
