FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has flexible tubular casing with longitudinal axis which wall is formed by mutually connected closed carcass members circumferentially arranged with at least two members adjacent to each other. Carcass material is filament-like. It has properties to transmit compressing forces in axial filament direction immediately to a carcass member. The material is continuously spread from one carcass member directly into following carcass member in longitudinal direction. The stent is expandable from radially compressed state to a state distinguished by greater diameter. When spread, the carcass material transmitting pressure forms heart- or arrow-like pattern in several members with two shorter member sides placed opposite and connected to two converging longer member sides.
