FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has envelope with stent placed inside the envelope in the first state distinguished by lesser diameter, extrusive unit usable for releasing the stent from the introduction device envelope. The stent is designed as one being capable of spreading into the second state distinguished by greater diameter. The stent in the first state is set inside the introduction device envelope so that it is directly engageable with the internal surface of the envelope. The tubular coating is set in connection with the set so that the coating is not disposed in the peripheral part of the stent until the stent is not withdrawn released from the envelope of the introduction device by transmitting it from the first to the second state.
