FIELD: metallurgy; applicable in investment casting by oriented crystallization of cooled blades with mono- and polycrystalline structures for gas-turbine engines. SUBSTANCE: method includes immersion of mold with melt into cooling layer of heat-conducting metal and metalloid particles fluidized with inert gas. Solid particles in layer amounts up to 40-80 vol.% with their density from 0.1 to 3.6 g/cu.cm and sizing from 120 to 600 mcm. Layer temperature is 20-40 C and pressure of 0.1-1 atm. Variation of composition of particles, components ratio, density, temperature of system provides for regulation and control of heat removal intensity.
