FIELD: foundry. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of placing ceramic mold in heating chamber, pouring melt into it, moving mold in cooling chamber, cooling mold by stream containing mixture of inert gas and powdered cooling agent. The last after phase conversion removes heat from part providing necessary rate of crystallization. Apparatus for performing the method includes vacuum furnace with vacuumizing system, heating and cooling chambers, ceramic mold, gas supply system. At least one device for directing onto mold stream of mixture of gas and powdered cooling agent is arranged in cooling chamber. Apparatus also includes at least one member for generating cooling stream, said member is arranged outside cooling chamber. EFFECT: possibility of making low-porosity parts with high fracture strength without lattice defects due to favorable thermal properties of casting process. 16 cl, 2 dwg, 3 tbl
