FIELD: foundry, possibly manufacture of parts of gas turbines with monocrystalline and oriented structure. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of placing casting mold in heating chamber of vacuum furnace; creating desired evacuation degree in said furnace; pouring melt into heated casting mold; lowering evacuation degree in furnace until value no more than 3.5 x 102 Pa; moving mold out of heating chamber to cooling chamber and immersing mold into liquid-metal cooling agent; in addition from depth no more than 15 cm through cooling agent layer adjacent to mold supplying inert gas in the form of jet flow directed to mold surface along its perimeter; supplying gas through gas ducts arranged in bath with cooling agent; promoting suppression of evaporation of cooling agent in layer adjacent to mold due to reducing evacuation degree before immersing mold into cooling agent and due to gas supply. EFFECT: improved heat transfer in cooling agent, enhanced efficiency of process. 8 cl, 2 dwg, 4 tbl
