FIELD: manufacture of cast parts for gas-turbine engines, rotor blades for example. SUBSTANCE: method consists in placing the ceramic mold in heating chamber of vacuum furnace, pouring melt in it and transferring it to cooling chamber. Mold is cooled by two flows including mixture of inert gas and powder-like coolants. Coolant made from material undergoing one phase transition-melting is introduced into upper flow and coolant made from material undergoing two phase transitions - melting and evaporation or one phase transition - sublimation-is introduced into lower flow. Ceramic mold has through porosity in outer layers. In melting the coolant of upper flow, it penetrates into pores of mold under action of capillary forces, thus increasing heat conductivity of mold. Second flow is intended for taking heat from mold surface at high velocity. Device proposed for realization of this method includes two units for forming the cooling flows from mixture of inert gas and powder-like coolants beyond vacuum furnace. Two units are mounted in cooling chamber one after other for directing the flow to mold.
