FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves creating aseptic inflammation focus in experimental animal by intramuscularly injecting sterile 10% calcium chloride solution at a dose of 1 ml/10 g of animal body mass. 48-72 h later, bile is intraperitoneally injected once, twice or thrice at a dose of 0.33 ml/10 g of animal body mass in each injection for reproducing stage-by-stage development of the process - catarrhal, exudative fibrinous and pyofibrinous bile peritonitis, respectively. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in reproducing clinical stages of peritonitis. 1 tbl
