FIELD: heat energy generation using cold nuclear fusion reactions. SUBSTANCE: device has substrate SUB and at least (a) first structure ST1 of first solid material capable of hydrogen absorption and heat energy generation which is applied to substrate SUB; (b) second structure ST2 of second solid material capable of hydrogen emission as soon as temperature rises above specified value; (c) third structure ST3 of third solid material capable of heat energy generation when electric current is passed through this material; this structure is placed so that it is thermally coupled with at least mentioned second structure ST2. Mentioned first structure ST1 and second structure ST2 are at least partially in contact within proposed device. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of reaction process. 12 cl, 12 dwg
