SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to a car suspension element. Suspension member comprises a pair of side members and a transverse member configured to couple a pair of side members together. Transverse member comprises a first member and a second member, each of which extends laterally of the vehicle and is formed with a curved section. First member and second member comprise intersecting sections extending in a direction intersecting the direction in which the side members extend, projecting sections protruding relative to the intersecting sections, inner space surrounded by the first member and the second member, mounting sections through which the side members are inserted from the outside into the inner space and located therein, and connecting sections in which the side members and the cross member overlapping each other in the inner space are connected together.
EFFECT: production of the suspension member without reducing the rigidity of the suspension, and also with a simultaneous reduction of deformation in the connecting sections, is achieved.
