FIELD: restoration and manufacture of friction assemblies of machines and equipment operating at condition of high shock load in abrasive medium. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of preparing welding material containing flux and wear resistant powdered ferroalloys; at alloying flux with ferroalloys preliminarily determining their optimal quantity according to nomogram in range of their content 10-50%; mechanically mixing flux and ferroalloys and simultaneously adding 7-10% of sodium liquid glass as binding agent; drying until 50 C, baking at 300 C and pelletizing mixture.
