where A and D are taken independently among the group including hydrogen atom, carbocyclylalkoxyalkyl-group or C(1-4)-linear or branched alkyl, C(2-4)-linear or branched alkyl or alkynyl that can be substituted independently with hydroxy-group, alkoxy-group, carboxyalkyl-group, alkylamide-group and so on under condition that A and D do not mean hydrogen atom simultaneously; R means oxygen atom, NH, NC(1-5)-alkyl with linear or branched chain or NHC(2-5)-alkenyl with linear or branched chain being any of them can be substituted optionally with residue of carbocycle or heterocycle; Z means hydrogen atom, C(1-4)-alkyl with linear or branched chain, C(2-4)-alkenyl or alkynyl with linear or branched chain, carbocyclic or heterocyclic residue and so on and each stereogenic carbon atom can be in (R)- or (S)-configuration. Invention relates to also a pharmaceutically acceptable adjuvant or carrier. Proposed composition increases the level of embryonic hemoglobin or accelerates cell differentiation and can be used for treatment of patients with β-hemoglobinopathy and malignant blood diseases.
