FIELD: building materials. SUBSTANCE: invention proposes the cement composition and material for protection against ionizing radiation. Composition has high- aluminous cement, filling agent, concrete aggregate and water. Composition has finely divided waste of production of optical glass with specific surface 100 m2/kg as a filling agent and the same waste with particle size 0.6-1.25 mm as a concrete aggregate in the following ratio of components, wt.-%: high-aluminous cement, 10-14; indicated concrete aggregate, 49-58; indicated filling agent, 25-35; water, the balance.
