FIELD: manufacture of building components and products. SUBSTANCE: concrete mix comprises alumina cement, liquid glass and filling agents of various fractions. Filling agents include optical glass production waste having particle size of 2.5-5 mm and particle size of 0.315-0.63 mm, ratios of components being as follows, wt %: alumina cement, 8-8.8; liquid glass, 9.0-11.2; optical glass production waste with particle size of 2.5-5 mm, 39.6-48.6; optical glass with particle size of 0.315- 6.63 mm, 32.2-41.2.
