SUBSTANCE: composite for making building articles containing cement, filling agent, small filling agent and water comprises high-alumina cement as cement; polymineral industrial waste with specific surface 100 m²/kg, real density 5100 cm²/g containing up to 71% of PbO as filling agent; metallic pellets with particles diameter 0.315-0.63 mm and 4-5 mm as small filling agent in the following ratio of components, wt. %: high-alumina cement, 5.4-5.45; indicated filling agent, 5.9-6.9; indicated small filling agent with particles diameter 0.315-0.63 mm, 20.2-20.45; indicated small filling agent with particles diameter 4-5 mm, 64.8-65.5; water, 2.7-2.73.
