Abstract RU 2176384 C1

FIELD: measurement of light absorption and fluorescence of liquids placed into cells of chart board, biology, chemistry, medicine, physics and agriculture. SUBSTANCE: proposed chart board photometer includes light source, former of light beams, interference light filters, optical distributor, chart board and radiation detector optically coupled. In addition photometer has switch of light fluxes incorporating rotor housing flat mirror or light guide rotating inside immobile case which carries M immobile lighting light guides, where M is number of cells in column or row of chart board. To measure optical density or fluorescence by single photodetector rotor of switch can have two light guides and case can be supplemented with M measurement light guides and single common output light guide optically coupled to single photodetector to measure light fluxes in turn. EFFECT: expanded functional capabilities of photometer which can measure absorption not only by light but by dark liquids and both absorption and fluorescence of liquids. 5 cl, 7 dwg
