FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: analyzer contains the frame, installation module for placing the slide for studied samples, reading module made in form of radiator and measurement photosensor located on different sides of the slide movement plane, two step drives first of which serves for movement of the installation axis along the first axis and the second one serves for moving the reading module along the second axis that is vertical to the first. The analyzer has the carriage installed on the frame for the movement of the radiator that is made in form of at least two LEDs emitting the light of different wavelengths, one comparative LED and multiple light fiber with two input ends for connection to the LEDs and one output end for connection to measurement channel. Analyzer also has additional comparative photosensor installed on the axis vertical to the signal measurement axis and light-separating plate is installed in the geometric axis meeting point.

EFFECT: provision of measurement on different wavelengths for biological samples that contain light-diffusing components.
