FIELD: forestry engineering, in particular, fire-fighting equipment. SUBSTANCE: hitching unit has upper pushing bars pivotally attached to basic machine, working tool and hydraulic cylinders. Lower pushing bars are pivotally mounted on between basic machine and frame and are additionally connected to frame by connecting rods provided with longitudinal slots. Upper ends of connecting rods are pivotally fixed on lower pushing bars and lower ends are connected through longitudinal slots to fingers on frame sides. When working tools are moved by hydraulic cylinders to transport position, fingers abut against slot end walls to provided for turning of lower pushing bars and folding in conjunction with frame. As a result, working tool is positioned on basic machine casing, in the vicinity of center of gravity thereof. EFFECT: improved maneuverability of forest fire extinguishing unit and simplified construction. 1 dwg
