FIELD: milk industry. SUBSTANCE: eskimo generator has horizontal revolving apparatus with ice cream forms and ice cream freezing tank with perforated double bottom. Hair bristle brushes are located on carriers fixed to tank ends. Carrier mounted for reciprocation along guide is in contact with spring-loaded rocker arm pivotally connected to one end of rod. Roller mounted on other end of rod is in contact with contour follower fixed to revolving apparatus. Apparatus is used for producing of ice cream made in the form of briquette with stick inserted into ice cream. EFFECT: increased efficiency by intensified heat-exchanging process and reduced power consumption. 5 dwg
