FIELD: milk industry, in particular, equipment for producing of choc-ice briquettes with sticks inserted therein (Eskimo).
SUBSTANCE: choc-ice generator has horizontal rotary drum with forms, ice-cream freezing bath with bottom, side and end walls, thawing bath, mixture dosing device, and stick inserting device. Choc-ice generator is further equipped with apparatus for withdrawal and glazing of frozen ice-cream briquettes, drier and washing device. Ice-cream freezing bath has continuous bottom and end walls on which templates of different height are fixed, said height depending upon profile of forms and space therebetween. Templates are equipped with depressions having radius corresponding to radius of arrangement of forms.
EFFECT: intensified heat exchanging process owing to increased flowing-over area, increased capacity, reduced consumption of power and decreased freezing time.
