FIELD: electrical means for hitting of objects at a distance, in particular, remote-action electroshock devices. SUBSTANCE: the method consists in creation of a gas dispersion region with the aid of compressed gas. The gas dispersion region is formed out of sections of conductive fibers, and an electric potential is applied, the concentration of conductive fibers is calculated by formula: , where V(kV) - the source voltage, L(m) - the length of conductive region, K2=(5-10) - coefficient characterizing the probability of electrical break-down, l(cm) - the length of the fiber sections. According to modification 1, the device for hitting of objects by formation of conductive region has a barrel with a cylindrical bore, conductor for placement in the gas dispersion region, gas source. The device has also a diaphragm, sections of conductive fibers, voltage source, whose one lead is connected to the conductor, and the other is grounded, a receiver is used as the gas source, the receiver outlet is connected to the barrel accommodating the diaphragm and the sections of conductive fibers. According to modification 2, the device has sections of conductive fibers, voltage source, diaphragm, one end of the conductor is connected to one of the leads of the voltage source and secured on the barrel, and the other lead of the voltage source is grounded, a receiver is used as the gas source, the receiver outlet is connected to the barrel accommodating the diaphragm and the sections of conductive fibers. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of hitting of technical devices and simultaneous hitting of several bioobjects without accurate sighting. 10 cl, 7 dwg, 1 ex
