FIELD: medical equipment, particularly, prosthetics of absent extremities. SUBSTANCE: femur prosthesis has receiving sleeve, crus tube, adjusting units and crank knee mechanism with supporting area, lower link conjugated with crus tube, front and rear links connecting of supporting area and lower link with each other by means of one rotating and one forward moving kinematic pairs. Built in slider forward moving kinematic pair of crank knee mechanism is device for control of bending and containing cylindrical sealed body which serves concurrently as body of slider of forward moving kinematic pair filled with working body, reflexible returning member and regulated throttle. Crank knee mechanism is located in femur so that instantaneous center of rotation of artificial knee at the beginning of phase of support of femur prosthesis is found on or ahead of line of action of support equivalent force received in supporting phase of step by invalid walking on prosthesis. Regulated throttle of device controlling bending of crank knee mechanism has interactive processor with system of rapid information on parameters of movement of invalid on prosthesis.
