FIELD: medicine, orthopedics, traumatology. SUBSTANCE: one should percutaneously drill in supporting needles through acromial process into brachial collum by keeping free ends of needles above skin. Reposition of fragments is carried out. Supporting needles are directed through fracture line into diaphysis. Through lumen of sharpened tubeconductor inserted by puncture into brachial soft tissues one should introduce diverging ends of two-rod fixing device into osseous fragments by leaving its periosteal part in soft tissues. Tube and supporting needles are removed. In peculiar case, direction and depth for inserting two-rod fixing device into brachial collum is determined under control of electronic-optic transformer. The present innovation enables to increase accuracy for fixing device insertion and prevent its migration. EFFECT: higher efficiency of surgical treatment. 1 cl, 3 dwg
