FIELD: chemical industry, particularly, ore composition of synthetic resin with resistance to destruction under heat effect. SUBSTANCE: composition comprises synthetic resin and thermal stabilizer. Thermal stabilizer consists of hydrotalcite particles with average diameter of secondary particles not greater than 2 mcm and specific surface area from 1 to 30 sq.m/g. Composition comprises 100 wt.pts of synthetic resin, from 0.001 to 10 wt.pts of hydrotalcite particles containing as impurities iron compound or manganese compound, total amount of said metals in particles being not greater than 0.02 wt.%. In this case, hydrotalcite particles have chemical formula: wherein An is at least one anion having valency n, a, x, y, z and m are values which satisfy expressions: 0,1<x<0,5; y+z = 1; 0,5<y<1; 0,5<z<1 and 0<m<1. Molded products prepared from composition have superb resistance to thermal destruction and impact strength, and hydrotalcite particles are found to be in quite dispersed state.
