SUBSTANCE: method involves growing plants; selecting perspective forms, with following producing of seeds from them; placing explants on medium and adding basal part growth promoter, for example phytohormone, such as cytokinin benzylaminopurine, with minimum concentration of phytohormone being chosen in accordance with appearance of root-like structure feature and maximum concentration in accordance with maximum intensive development of mentioned feature; growing plant under standard conditions until contrast differences are revealed in the form of absence or presence of root-like structure features in part of samples; selecting perspective plant samples by maximum developed root- like structure feature and growing these plants with following seed production.
