FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention is a method for producing regenerant plants of Brassica oleracea L. in vitro, relates to the field of biotechnology, is intended for in vitro cultivation of reproductive organs and can be used to obtain a new starting material for creating varieties. The objective of the invention is to speed up the selection process. This is achieved due to the fact that the buds are initially subjected to vacuum infiltration with solutions of the drug Aminoven 15% (concentration 3 ml/l) or drug Dropp (concentration 1 mg/l) for 10 minutes at 0.8 atm, followed by culturing isolated anthers, microspores, ovaries or ovules on a nutrient medium containing mineral salts as prescribed by Murashige and Skoog (MS). Hormones (thidiazuron at a concentration of 0.01 mg/l and indoleacetic acid (IAA) 0.3 mg/l) are added to the nutrient medium as inducers of embryogenesis.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the incidence of haploid plants by 25-30%.
