SUBSTANCE: invention relates to complex food composition, in particular frozen aqueous ice-cream wherein two or more component phases represent random mixture without diffusion blending and without precise separation of component phase blocks. At least one component phase comprises of polyanionic jelly, for instance based on kappa-carragheenan.
EFFECT: new complex jelly-containing food composition.
