FIELD: heat-insulating equipment. SUBSTANCE: heat-insulating apparatus has casing composed of two halves joined one to another. Each half is made from laminated heat-insulating material and has heat-accumulating material receiving cavity. Heat-insulating material is formed as flexible flat panel lined at its inner side with heat-reflecting screen and at its outer side with water-impermeable material. Heat-insulating panels may be made from fibrous polymer material or micro glass crystallofibrous material with organic bond. Heat-insulating panels have thickness of 30-60 mm. Thickness of heat-insulating layer at panel joints is 50-80 mm and density is 70-100 kg/m. Heat-insulating material has heat conduction coefficient of 0.04 W/m/grade at room temperature. Heat reflecting screen is made of fabric having reflection coefficient of 85%. Heat accumulating material is made in the form of plates. Apparatus retains accumulated heat at air temperature of -20 C to +150 C for six hours. Apparatus is readily folded and unfolded and is readily attached by textile fastener to surfaces of articles used in aviation and other branches of industry.
