FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has tubular montage unit and flexible reservoir as removable working part. Flexible reservoir cavity communicates with tubular unit lumen by means of self-closing inlet opening. The device has irregularly shaped inlay as protector member having sharp edges of trephined Turkish saddle and self-closing valve. The valve is manufactured as flexible polygon fixed with its angles on the internal surface of flexible reservoir in front of the valve. Its sizes are greater than those of the trepanation defect at least by 1/3. The tubular montage unit has end face slits. The slits are directed towards the self-closing valve which dimensions are at least three times as large as the external diameter of the tubular montage unit. EFFECT: improved engagement conditions between the trephined Turkish saddle and working part of the device; improved sealing of the cranial cavity; excluded discharge of filler from the working part. 9 dwg
