FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices intended to control idle speed of automobile engines. Proposed device has valve mechanism consisting of electric drive on rod of which is installed and shutoff element closed under action of spring. Two bypass channels are made in throttle valve housing, both opening behind throttle valve. One channel is closed by valve and the other, by shutoff element. When additional load is connected, and also at starting and warming up of engine, electric drive, by order of control unit, opens valve fully to overcome resistance of spring and open shutoff element to supply additional amount of air to engine through hole of bypass channel in throttle valve housing. EFFECT: improved operation of engine at idling. 2 cl, 1 dwg
