SUBSTANCE: drier of flowing layer for dispersive materials has drying chamber with gas distribution grid which frame includes cylindrical and conical parts. Novelty of proposal lies in making of vertical rectangular windows shut by dielectric straps carrying high-frequency electrodes interconnected by circular metal bus in cylindrical part of chamber. Chamber is fitted with screening enclosure made fast to frame and with gates located at points of material loading and unloading.
