FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves collecting known type of cells depending on the nature of supposed disease. Suspension is prepared from the collected cells. Morphometric analysis combined with of distribution analysis of two types on the whole set of cells in the sample under study are carried out. Morphometric analysis is based on numeric volume distribution and shape distribution. The diagnosis involves interpreting changes in cell population composition.
