METHOD FOR MULTIPLEX ANALYSIS OF B CELLS FOR ASSESSING THE CELLULAR LINK OF THE IMMUNE SYSTEM OF CATTLE Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC G01N33/53

Abstract RU 2761468 C1

FIELD: veterinary medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary medicine. The method for multiplex analysis of B-lymphocytes of cattle to assess the B-cell link of the immune system is that studies are carried out on 10-well glass slides with two control wells with adsorbed positive control B-cells obtained by separation with latex particles coated with monoclonal antibodies to CD19, and T-cells negative control obtained by separation with latex particles coated with monoclonal antibodies to CD3 from a pool of mononuclear blood of horned cattle. A direct method for immunoperoxidase staining is used with the application of monoclonal antibodies to G9 and C2 conformational and C11 linear epitope of cattle IgM molecules as detecting antibodies of the oligoclonal system that do not compete with each other. Next, azure-eosin is stained for morphological examination of B cells: their shape, cell size, nucleus, nuclear-cytoplasmic ratio, chromatin structure.

EFFECT: invention provides for the development of a productive, highly sensitive and specific method for multiplex research.
