SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of mutually joining or welding two blanks at driving first of two blanks or its part to motion by means of pulse magnetic effort; realizing collision of first blank or its part with second of two blanks for joining or welding both blanks one to another; setting value of pulse magnetic effort for plastic working of blank material according to condition providing kinetic energy at least of one rigid part before collision equal to sum of energy of plastic deformation at least of one rigid part and energy of elastic deformation at least of two rigid parts after collision.
