FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device for production of electromechanical operation, in particular to electromagnetic turbines. Turbine comprises at least one pair of spaced apart in lengthwise direction of magnetic components; drum assembly arranged between magnetic components and containing at least one conducting component; current conducting device coupled with said at least one conducting component. Said at least one pair of spaced apart in longitudinal direction of magnetic components is arranged to allow working area of magnetic field and determining zero magnetic field in space between specified at least one pair of spaced apart magnetic components. Areas of zero magnetic field are located outside region of working magnetic field. Passage of current through said at least one conducting component by said current conducting device causes rotation of drum.
EFFECT: technical result is performance of turbine made with possibility of functioning under conditions of relatively strong magnetic fields.
