SUBSTANCE: cell of high- temperature electrochemical device has tubular element made of solid electrolyte with cathode and anode, gas-feeding tube installed inside tubular element, current- conducting dispersive material placed in space between gas-feeding tube and internal surface of tubular element, gas-permeable rings produced in the form of semi-tori with elastically deformed walls. Surface of semi-tori is perforated. Gas-permeability gradient of perforation rises towards internal surface of tubular element. Rings are positioned in layer of dispersive material.
