SUBSTANCE: cell includes tubular element of solid electrolyte with cathode and anode layers, gas- feeding tube installed inside tubular element, current-conducting dispersive material located in space between gas-feeding tube and internal surface of tubular element and rings positioned in layer of dispersive material fixed on gas-feeding tube without any clearance and with clearance with reference to internal surface of tubular ring. Dispersive material includes particles having size between 0.25 and 1.5 mm. Rings and gas-feeding tube are made of metal. EFFECT: raised specific power of cell. 1 dwg, 1 tbl
