SUBSTANCE: cell includes tubular element of solid electrolyte with cathode and anode layers, gas- feeding tube installed inside tubular element, current-conducting dispersive material located in space between gas-feeding tube and internal surface of tubular element and rings positioned in layer of dispersive material fixed on gas-feeding tube without any clearance and with clearance with reference to internal surface of tubular ring.
