SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel biaromatic compounds bound by propinylene bond of the general formula (I) where Ar means radical of the formula (a) or (b) ; R₁ means -OR₆ or -COR₇; R₂ means polyester radical including 1-6 carbon atoms and 1-3 oxygen or sulfur atoms and if in the latter case R₄ means linear or branched C₁-C₂₀-alkyl then it is located at ortho- or meta-position relative to the bond Ar-X; R₃ means a lower alkyl or R₂ and R₃ taken in common form 6-membered optionally substituted ring with at least one methyl and/or optionally disjointed by oxygen or sulfur atom; R₄ means H, linear or branched C₁-C₂₀-alkyl or aryl; R₅ means H or -OR₈; R₆ means H; R₇ means H, -OR₁₀ or -N(r)r where rr are H, lower alkyl or taken in common with nitrogen atom they form morpholine ring; R₈ means H or lower alkyl; R₁₀ means H, linear or branched C₁-C₂₀-alkyl; X means bivalent radical which has formula (d) from the right to the left or vice versa; R₁₁ means H or -OR₈; R_12/ means H, and salts of compound of the formula (I) when R₁ means carboxylic acid and optical and geometric isomers of indicated compounds of the formula (I).
